If we can get enough mineral nutrition from water drink alone, I will not drink that water. Reason? Simple. Go back to basics. What is water and from where did it come? There is no new water, every source of water available to us today, except those that we "create" by burning pure hydrogen

You are better off drinking purified water: water purified from all contaminants, including "minerals", pathogens and impurities. Water purified through micro filtration like Reverse Osmosis or extracted from impure water by distillation are preferred. When it comes to drinking water, less is better, not more, especially in this time and age where pollution of all kinds confront us with new health hazards.
